- Launch of VALUES to form the core of the culture & so performance of the business.
- Achieved clear business direction, clear appraisal and performance management process.
- Coaching and mentoring Senior Leadership team to enable the business to move forward.
- Instigated the BCP throughout the COVID-19 lockdown period and into the ‘new normal’.
